Providence mayor highlights initiatives to curb illegal dumping

PROVIDENCE, R.I. — Mayor Jorge Elorza, in conjunction with other city leaders, moved Tuesday to highlight initiatives to further curtail illegal dumping in the cityElorza announced in a statement that eight motion-activated cameras had been installed in known dumping sites throughout the city.
